    Installation and Operating

    1. Preparation

Every calibration assembly must adhere to the maximum flow rate criteria.

Before installation, thoroughly scrub the ports and connectors to stop dust from entering the air channel.

Check that the airflow direction corresponds with the arrow signs on the product casing, and make sure that the port and thread sizes are correctly coordinated.

    2. Pressure Adjustment

Withdraw the pressure gauge knob and start turning. Rotating it clockwise will bring about a steady and uniform rise in pressure, whereas rotating it counterclockwise will cause a reduction. When the designated pressure level is reached, stop turning and firmly tighten the knob. Not carrying out this locking step might lead to possible leakage problems.

    3. Dial Reading

5 Micron Brass Filter Component: Shows excellent filtering effectiveness, provides a long - term service duration, and is built for multiple uses.

0.5 and 0.01 Micron Filter Components: Can effectively remove tiny contaminants from the substance.

The drainage column functions in an automatic way. It unlocks to expel when there is no pressure and seals when air passes through. Once the water level goes beyond the maximum mark, prompt drainage is necessary; neglecting this will result in poor dehumidification results.

    4. Drainage

The drainage column is designed for autonomous operation. It will activate to release contents when pressure is lacking and shut when air flows. When the water level surpasses the set maximum, immediate draining is essential; not doing so will lead to diminished dehumidification efficiency. The connector on the drain assembly is meant for attaching an air hose and can be removed according to particular operating needs.

    Notice

Use a spanner to firmly fasten all connectors to avoid seepage. While installing for the first time, air may escape. This is not a leak; instead, it’s caused by the difference in internal and external pressures, requiring the release of surplus air. In these cases, give enough time for the system to stabilize, after which it will operate smoothly.
